LONDON (AP) - The U.S. dollar was mixed against other major currencies in European trading Monday afternoon. Gold fell.
The euro traded at $1.2625, down from $1.2708 late Friday in New York.

_1.2400 Canadian dollars, up from 1.2386
The British pound was quoted at $1.4825, down from $1.5412.
Gold traded in London at $778.00 per troy ounce, down from US$814.50 late Friday. |
